Tom's Foolery Distillery began in 2011 when owner Tom Herbruck acquired the original Michter Distillery's pot stills. Their bonded-in-bond bourbon is among the first craft bourbons to carry a bonded title. Using a mash of 72% corn, 12% rye, and 16% malted barley, this bourbon has aged at least 4 years in new, charred American oak casks before being finished in used Applejack brandy casks.
